- Risk management: risk analysis, safety work, administrative documents, checking and keeping the safety register
- Advising the headteacher: written and oral minutes, drafting reports, updating knowledge of legislation
- The role of the safety committee correspondent
- Managing the safety team: principles and management of personnel and resources, labour code, concepts of civil and criminal law
- The security department budget: drawing up budgets, purchasing function, management of maintenance contracts for security installations
- Assessment: written (MCQs and report writing) and oral (appearance before a jury).
