Specialised certificate in support for inclusive education and ordinary life - DEAES

The "Accompanying inclusive education and ordinary life" speciality certifies the skills needed to facilitate, encourage and participate in the autonomy of children, adolescents and young adults with disabilities in learning activities, and cultural, sporting, artistic and leisure activities.

Theoretical and practical training breaks down into 4 areas of training:

• Positioning oneself as a professional in the field of social action
• Accompanying the person on a daily basis and in proximity
• Cooperating with all the professionals involved
• Participating in leading the person's social and civic life

The training also includes 175 hours of practical training in professional situations.

Have one of the following qualifications: DEAVS, certificat d'aptitude aux fonctions d'aide à domicile (CAFAD), mention complémentaire aide à domicile (MCAD), DEAMP, certificat d'aptitude aux fonctions d'aide médico psychologique (CAFAMP)

or, having acquired some of the areas of competence (DC) of the DEAES through VAE

Positioning upstream of entry to training.

For beneficiaries with disabilities: possible adaptation of training and certification arrangements, support from the GRETA-CFA's TH referent.

Teachers certified by the French Ministry of Education, trainers with 3 years of higher education and significant experience in adult education, professional lecturers.

Tests at the end of the course (one-off assessment)

Interview with a professional jury

Possibility of validating one or more skill blocks

Be a holder of the DEAVS or DEAMP or DEAES speciality Structure or Domicile.

Oral interview prior to entry to training.

The support worker for inclusive education and ordinary life will work mainly in early childhood facilities, educational and training establishments, and cultural, sporting, artistic and leisure activity venues.

Holders of the DEAES are exempt from certain areas of training and selection tests
related to the State diploma for care assistants or the Moniteur Educateur diploma.
