CCP2 "Carry out routine maintenance on a building's electrical installations and equipment" - TP Building Maintenance Agent

At the end of their training , the professional will be able to:

- Maintain the electrical installation and equipment of a building in working order.

- Based on a preventive maintenance plan, check the equipment on the electrical network in order to prevent any disorder from appearing.

- Using corrective action sheets, diagnose the cause of the malfunction on the electrical installation.

- Carry out maintenance and repair operations by applying an operating procedure appropriate to the situation while preserving the electrical installation as a whole.

- During the interior reconditioning of a room or premises and using improvement work sheets, plans and descriptions provided by his/her line manager, he/she moves or carries out an installation of electrical equipment (socket, control, light point), a single-phase electrical installation.

- At the end of the operation, fill in the work sheets on paper or digital media (smartphone, tablet or computer), and inform his/her line manager of the various malfunctions found requiring urgent intervention.

- Intervene in compliance with safety and prevention rules, ensuring the protection of property and people.

- Include his/her professional activity in a sustainable development dynamic.
