The holder of this CCP, which is a component of the "Accounting Secretary" and "Assistant Secretary" TPs, will be able to:
- carry out various administrative and commercial management tasks and liaise with clients and external service providers;
- contribute to the monitoring of operations and projects by collecting information to complete monitoring tables and produce statistics;
- participate in the administrative monitoring of staff.
- Administration and monitoring of purchases and sales;
- Management of current material resources and relations between the users and service providers concerned;
- Responding to customer requests for information and handling routine complaints and first-level administrative or commercial disputes
- Routine administrative monitoring of staff;
- Drawing up and updating business activity monitoring tables, decision support tools.
- Cross-disciplinary skills for the typical activity:
- Checking the conformity of production;
- Using information and communication technologies;
- Using specific software for payroll management;
- Using common office software;
- Linguistic and mathematical performance related to the exercise of the profession.
