The holder of this CCP, which forms part of the "Accounting Secretary", "Assistant Secretary", "Property Assistant Secretary" and "Medical/Social Assistant Secretary" TPs, will be able to:
- take charge of routine secretarial work for a team or department and facilitate the communication of information and the organisation of activities.
- produce all types of documents in compliance with graphic charters and spelling and grammar rules,
- carry out information searches, exploit them and make them available to recipients in a suitable form, and organise their filing and archiving.
- assist the team by scheduling appointments and meetings on a professional messaging system and ensure follow-up by making the necessary follow-ups.
- making reservations (rooms, equipment, restaurants, vehicles, etc.) and organising meetings from a logistical point of view, ensuring that equipment is in good working order, compiling files and drafting minutes.
- organising travel within the constraints of the team and budgetary imperatives.
