The holder of this qualification can manage a company or a production and profit unit in all its functions: human, commercial, financial and production resources.

He carries out his activity independently and translates the strategic directions given to him into operational objectives. They mobilise and manage human, material and financial resources. On a day-to-day basis, he/she manages a team over which he/she has authority. He/she is accountable for the operation of his/her organisation.

He/she acts by delegation and may represent the organisation in negotiations. He/she is in contact with suppliers, customers, institutions and external contacts.

Maximum total duration of 198 hours, including 46 hours in a company and 154 hours at the training centre.
The duration of the course is indicative and will be determined according to your profile.

Baccalaureate level or equivalent + professional experience including at least 3 years of team management responsibility desired.

Good knowledge of the general workings of the company.
