In compliance with legal rules, the human resources assistant carries out all or part of the operations related to the administrative management of personnel. He/she contributes to the recruitment of new employees and the development of skills.

He/she processes information from the personnel department or third parties and respects the rules of confidentiality in all circumstances.

    • Contributing to the staff recruitment and integration process

    • Contributing to the design and monitoring of staff skills development


  • Professional qualification from the Ministry of Labour Level 5

Total maximum duration of 243 hours, including 77 hours in a company and 243 hours at the training centre.
The duration of the course is indicative and will be determined according to your profile.

  • All audiences

A minimum of 2 years' professional experience is required, which may vary depending on the quality and scope of the responsibilities exercised, in the secretarial field in a company or association.

Level 4 (Bac) preferred

Mastery of oral and written expression, mastery of digital tools required
