In compliance with legal rules, the human resources assistant carries out all or part of the operations linked to the administrative management of personnel. He/she contributes to the recruitment of new employees and the development of skills.

He/she processes information from the personnel department or third parties and respects the rules of confidentiality in all circumstances.

Maximum total duration of 350 hours, including 140 hours in a company and 210 hours at the training centre.
The duration of the course is indicative and will be determined according to your profile.

  • All audiences

A minimum of 2 years' professional experience preferred, variable depending on the quality and scope of the responsibilities exercised, in the secretarial field in a company or association.

Level 4 (Bac) preferred

Written and oral expression skills, and digital skills required.
