The vocational integration advisor uses individualised solutions to promote the social and professional integration of young people or adults experiencing difficulties with integration or retraining. He/she takes into account the multiple dimensions of integration: employment, training, housing, health, mobility, access to rights....
He/she works with a wide range of people: young people, jobseekers aged 25 and over, adults undergoing retraining or professional transition, employees or not, disabled workers, prison leavers. He/she assists them in building and implementing their pathway to social and professional integration. He/she develops relationships with employers in the area in which he/she works, thereby contributing to the socio-economic mobilisation of the employment area in the service of integration.
Finally, he/she participates in setting up and running projects that meet integration goals and are part of local development issues.
CCP 1. Receiving and analysing requests from people seeking integration and establishing a shared diagnosis:
- informing and guiding people and groups about integration resources
- analysing requests and identifying people's needs
- informational, technical and forward-looking monitoring to adapt its activity to the public and the context.
- identifying and mobilising a network of partners to optimise responses
- administrative processing and professional writing related to the activity

Level 4 (Bac) preferred. A first experience of professional integration is recommended. Oral and written communication skills are required: listening, asking questions, rephrasing and report writing. Digital skills essential.

Vocational integration advisers work in a variety of organisations: local missions, PAIOs, accommodation and social reintegration centres, local economic integration plans, local authorities, integration associations and companies, training organisations, employment centres, etc.
