CCP 1: "Welcome people to analyse their needs and lay the foundations for a shared diagnosis" - Vocational Integration Adviser qualification (TP CIP)

The vocational integration advisor uses individualised solutions to promote the social and professional integration of young people or adults experiencing difficulties with integration or retraining. He/she takes into account the multiple dimensions of integration: employment, training, housing, health, mobility, access to rights....

He/she works with a wide range of people: young people, jobseekers aged 25 and over, adults undergoing retraining or professional transition, employees or not, disabled workers, prison leavers. He/she assists them in building and implementing their pathway to social and professional integration. He/she develops relationships with employers in the area in which he/she works, thereby contributing to the socio-economic mobilisation of the employment area in the service of integration.

Finally, he/she participates in setting up and running projects that meet integration goals and are part of local development issues.

The training alternates between theoretical input, practical exercises and assessment sessions in order to promote practical and progressive learning.

BC01 – Welcoming individuals seeking integration to analyse their needs and establish a shared assessment:

• providing information and guidance to individuals and groups on integration resources
• analysing requests and identifying the individual’s needs
• monitoring information, technical developments and future trends to adapt one’s work to the target audience and context.
• identifying and mobilising a network of partners to optimise responses
• handling administrative tasks and professional documentation related to the role

Throughout the programme, learners receive personalised support with regular monitoring by the teaching team and progress reviews to tailor learning to each individual’s needs.

A work placement also enables participants to develop professional skills in a real-world setting.

Skills are assessed progressively through role-plays, practical exercises, professional projects and assessments carried out throughout the course.

Our teaching methodology prioritises a practical, work-focused approach: case studies, role-plays, practical scenarios and collaborative activities enable learning in conditions that closely resemble the real-world workplace.

Level 4 (Bac) preferred. A first experience of professional integration is recommended. Oral and written communication skills are required: listening, asking questions, rephrasing and report writing. Digital skills essential.

For this professional qualification, ongoing assessments (ECF) are organised throughout the course to evaluate the candidate’s progress and their mastery of professional skills.

The final examination takes place before a two-member examination panel comprising professionals from the sector. It comprises a professional role-play and an interview based on the professional portfolio (DP), which highlights the experience and skills developed by the candidate.

The final examination takes place within two months of the end of the training course.

The examination panel validates all or part of the Professional Qualification. In the event of partial validation, the professional competence certificates (CCP) (or competence modules) obtained are valid for a period of five years.

The candidate may subsequently complete the missing modules to obtain the Professional Qualification in its entirety.

Vocational integration advisers work in a variety of organisations: local missions, PAIOs, accommodation and social reintegration centres, local economic integration plans, local authorities, integration associations and companies, training organisations, employment centres, etc.
