The holder of this diploma is able, from a technical sheet, to note the dimensions of the object to be made, to determine the quantity of paste required and to make a rough shape by hand.
He supervises the firming up of the rough shaped piece to bring it into a suitable state for the turning, filling and finishing operations. After finishing, you monitor and control the drying of the piece until it is put in the oven. They know how to read a dimensioned drawing, choose the dough and make the model, predicting how the pieces will behave during drying and baking.

The course is organised into several skill modules, enabling step-by-step progression. It alternates between theoretical input, practical exercises and assessment sessions to promote hands-on, progressive learning.
