CAP Logistics Operator

The holder of the Logistics Operator CAP carries out the operations of handling incoming and outgoing flows and driving self-propelled trucks with a mounted driver in categories 1A, 3 and 5 (in accordance with R.489 CNAM TS regulations).

At the end of the training course, you will be able to:

• unload, receive and check goods
• route products to the storage area
• prepare orders and dispatch products
• repack and label packages
• record incoming and outgoing goods and take part in inventories using IT tools.

BC01 - Handling incoming and outgoing flows

• Welcome the driver and take charge of the delivery
• Receive the delivery
• Process and transfer the delivery, the goods
• Restore the receiving areas, order preparation and dispatch areas

BC02 - Driving trolleys safely

• Choosing the right equipment for the handling task
• Ensuring the operation of the trolley so as to carry out the activity safely
• Making the trolley operational taking into account the tasks to be carried out

BC07 - Environmental safety prevention

• Apply a method for analysing a situation from professional or everyday life and documentation
• Relate a physiological phenomenon, an environmental issue, a regulatory provision, with a preventive measure
• Propose a solution to resolve a problem related to health, the environment or consumption and argue for a choice
• Communicate in writing and orally using clear syntax and appropriate technical vocabulary
• Act when faced with an emergency situation
