The finishing trades professional with this CAP must be able to contribute to the interior fittings of buildings (ceilings, partition walls, technical ducts, etc.) through works combining thermal and acoustic performance with finishing and decoration.

The aims of the course are to acquire skills to:

- prepare for the work (check equipment and tools, prepare the supply of materials)

- carry out and check a current work (dismantle finishing elements, lay out a work, build works in sheets on frameworks, build partitions in panels, make insulation, make joints, fold up the site, ...)

- carry out specific work (erect and use scaffolding, build structures using plaster or terracotta tiles, apply plaster coatings, etc.)

- communicate about their work (communicate with the team and the manager, fill in and pass on work documents)

Digital mock-ups and a collaborative approach to work are covered, as well as energy and environmental issues.

A work placement also enables students to develop professional skills in a real-world setting.

Skills are assessed progressively through role-plays, practical exercises, professional projects and assessments carried out throughout the course.

Our teaching methodology prioritises a practical, work-focused approach: case studies, role-plays, practical scenarios and collaborative activities enable learners to learn in conditions that closely resemble the real working world.
