At the end of this course, the professional will be able to:
- work in the building sector on new or renovation work in shell construction activities (construction of detached houses, collective buildings and industrial, tertiary or agricultural buildings.
- using plans and instructions, make formwork, additional reinforcement and lay concrete for works of limited size and complexity, mainly in detached houses or small apartment blocks.
- contribute to the production of vertical and horizontal coatings such as facade renderings, waterproofing renderings and screeds.
- contribute to compliance with energy and environmental regulatory requirements by routinely carrying out its operations on site as part of a team with other trades.
- carry out its activity in complete safety for itself and its environment by applying the planned occupational risk prevention measures, identifying unforeseen hazards, alerting and applying the instructions of its hierarchy.
The training course is organised into several skill modules, enabling step-by-step progression. It alternates between theoretical input, practical exercises and assessment sessions to promote hands-on, progressive learning.

Throughout the programme, learners receive personalised support with regular monitoring by the teaching team and progress reviews to tailor learning to each individual’s needs.
A work placement also enables learners to develop professional skills in a real-world setting.
Skills are assessed progressively through role-plays, practical exercises, professional assignments and assessments carried out throughout the course.

Level 3ème des collèges or equivalent experience.
To complete the 1-year CAP, you must hold a level 3 diploma (CAP) or equivalent.
Mixed public training, acceptance subject to validation by the host establishment
Positioning upstream of entry to the training course.
Interviews, remediation with the educational referent and/or company referent during the course.
Taking account of beneficiary satisfaction during and at the end of the training course.

Education Nationale certified teachers, Bac +3 trainers with significant experience in adult education, professional lecturers.
Assessments are organised throughout the course and at the end of the programme, in accordance with the qualification framework. Assessment tests may take the form of in-course assessments (CCF) and/or final examinations.
Support with exam preparation is provided throughout the course to help candidates succeed.
This qualification is awarded following validation by the academic examination board.
If a candidate fails the qualification, they retain credit for the modules they have passed and may retake the remaining examinations at a later date. The modules passed remain valid for 5 years
Apprenticeship training: The training course is accessible within a minimum of 48 hours, subject to validation of your application and the position in the company (diploma compliance)
