CAP (vocational training certificate) for multi-skilled tradespeople

Objectives:

The holder of the "CAP Équipier polyvalent du commerce" diploma carries out his/her activity in an omnichannel context within a commercial unit that distributes products and services. To do this, they comply with health and safety rules.

On completion of the course, they will be able to:
- receive and monitor orders and parcels;
- contribute to supplying and enhancing the commercial unit;
- welcome, inform, advise and support customers throughout their purchasing process.

BC01 - Receive and track orders

- Stock, shelving and tidying according to the nature of the products

BC03 - Advising and supporting customers during their purchasing journey

- Preparing their working environment
- Making contact with the customer
- Supporting the customer journey in an omnichannel context
- Finalising customer care
- Receiving routine complaints

BC04 - Prevention - Health - Environment

- Applying a method for analysing an everyday situation and documentation
- Relating a physiological phenomenon, an environmental issue, a regulatory provision, with a preventive measure
- Propose a solution to a health-related problem, environment or consumption and argue for a choice
- Communicate in writing and orally using clear syntax and appropriate technical vocabulary
- Act in an emergency situation

Apprenticeship training: Training is available within a minimum of 48 hours, subject to validation of your application and the position in the company (diploma compliance), until the end of the 1st month in which the action begins.

. The premises available for apprenticeship training can accommodate people with reduced mobility.

Catering

A school canteen and a foyer are available during term time. Outside school hours, there are a number of private restaurants around the school.
