The holder of the certificat d'aptitude professionnelle "commercialisation et services en hôtel-café-restaurant" holds a position in the hotels, cafés-brasseries, restaurants sector.
Under the hierarchical authority:
- he/she contributes to the welcome and well-being of a French and foreign clientele;
- he/she carries out services in hotels, café-brasseries, restaurants and implements techniques specific to the activity;
- he/she contributes to the marketing of services;
- he/she complies with current health and safety procedures; his/her professional practice is environmentally friendly;
- he/she contributes to the smooth running of the business.

Receiving, checking and storing goods
Collecting all information and scheduling activities

Greeting, taking charge of and informing customers and contributing to the sale of services

Implementing professional techniques, ensure the service and its follow-up
Communicate according to the professional context and respecting the customs of the profession

Level 3ème or equivalent experience guaranteeing the ability to read and write French.
Good physical stamina and the ability to adapt to working hours are recommended. Organisational skills and good communication skills are also desirable.
