CACES® R485 - category 2: self-propelled pedestrian stackers (lifting height > 2.50 m)

Operate self-propelled pedestrian stackers (lifting height > 2.50 m).

Fulfil the regulatory requirement for appropriate training (art. R.4323-55 of the Labour Code).

This certification incorporates the skills defined in recommendation R.485 cited in the title of this dossier.

1. Carry out an induction using knowledge of the regulations and carrying out the appropriate checks to ensure safe driving of a pedestrian-operated self-propelled stacker truck with a lifting height of over 2.50 metres (category 2).

2. Carry out driving manoeuvres on a pedestrian-operated self-propelled stacker truck with a lifting height of over 2.50 metres, complying with safety rules.

3. Carry out handling manoeuvres and operations in compliance with safety rules.

4. Carry out daily servicing and maintenance operations on the pedestrian self-propelled stacker truck with a lifting height greater than 2.50 metres, identifying any malfunctions and reporting on them.
