Participate in the production and supply of IT services to an organisation, either as an employee of that organisation or as a contributor to a technology consultancy.

Propose a set of technical infrastructure solutions to meet a need, backed up by operational maintenance and support activities, to which the IT service provider commits.

Adapting infrastructure solutions and ensuring the optimal operation of IT equipment and services:

- installation, integration, administration, securing of IT equipment and services;

- operation, supervision and maintenance of a systems and networks infrastructure;

- choice and implementation of hosting solutions;

- definition and configuration of client workstations, servers and interconnection equipment, deployment and maintenance;

- management of infrastructure assets: upgrade and investment solutions;

- seeking appropriate responses to infrastructure upgrade requirements or problems relating to the provision of IT services;

- incident resolution and user assistance;

- maintaining the quality of IT services, measuring the performance of an infrastructure;

- detection, reaction and investigation following a security incident.

Provide a service that takes account of operational risks, quality requirements and compliance with norms and standards, as well as legal obligations.

Have a Bac STG or STI DD or S or ES or Bac Pro SEN or significant experience in the field.

A fairly good level in mathematics and good digital literacy.

Interest in network management and IT.
