At the end of their training course, holders of the BTS SAM will be able to:

- provide support to one or more managers, to a project team or to the staff of an entity, by carrying out interface, coordination and organisation assignments in the administrative field.

- through their proactive and facilitative action, contribute to the productivity and image of the entity as well as to the development of collaborative working.

- to carry out his/her duties in a national and international environment, with relational and behavioural requirements essential for interacting in a complex, intercultural and digitalised professional context.
- to manage files, contribute to the improvement of administrative processes, involving members of the entity but also partners of the organisation.


The training course is organised into several skill modules, enabling step-by-step progression. It alternates between theoretical input, practical exercises and assessment sessions to promote practical and progressive learning.

BC 01 Optimising administrative processes
- carrying out administrative tasks in support of the organisation’s staff
- carrying out administrative tasks as a case manager
- contribute to the sustainability of processes
- rationalise the use of the organisation’s resources

Skills Block 02: Managing projects
- formalise the project framework
- monitor relevant information
- monitor and oversee the project
- evaluate the project

BC 03 Collaborate on human resources management
- manage employment relationships
- implement measures to improve quality of life at work
- organise activities relating to industrial relations
- utilise tools for developing individual and collective performance

General knowledge, written and oral expression
- Summarising and analysing documents, viewpoints and arguments
- Adherence to the conventions of written language
- Adapting oral communication to the communication context
- Organising one’s contribution: oral expression and interaction

Modern Language 1
Reporting on someone else’s words or professional experience, or one’s own experience,  put forward arguments, both in writing and orally, and formulate hypotheses. 
Present, in a clear exposition, the advantages and disadvantages of various options and defend one’s point of view. Understand technical discussions and long, complex texts within one’s field of activity.

Modern Language 2
Understand the main points when clear, standard language – or language specific to one’s professional environment – is used. Give a simple account of professional activities and projects, both in writing and orally, without prior preparation.

Economic, Legal and Managerial Knowledge
- Analysis of situations and documentary sources
- Argumentation based on economic, legal and managerial concepts and methodologies
- Assessment to inform decision-making

Throughout the programme, learners receive personalised support with regular monitoring by the teaching team and progress reviews to tailor the learning experience to each individual’s needs.

The work placement also enables students to develop professional skills in a real-world setting.

Skills are assessed progressively through role-plays, practical exercises, professional projects and assessments carried out throughout the course.

Education Nationale certified teachers, Bac +3 trainers with significant experience in adult education, professional lecturers.


Assessments are organised throughout the course and at the end of the programme, in accordance with the qualification framework. Certification assessments may take the form of in-course assessments (CCF) and/or final examinations.

Support with exam preparation is provided throughout the course to help candidates succeed.

This qualification is awarded following validation by the academic examination board.

If a candidate fails to obtain the qualification, they retain the credits for the modules they have passed and may retake the outstanding examinations at a later date. The modules passed remain valid for 5 years.
