The holder of a BTS "Real Estate Professions" carries out a service activity that requires the mobilisation of numerous relational, commercial, legal, organisational, administrative, financial, accounting, tax,...

Advisory activity is prominent in it.

Activities are organised around two main types of function:

- technical functions:real estate transaction and management.

- 'support' functions, which draw on cross-disciplinary skills: communication and real estate engineering consultancy

On apprenticeship or professionalisation contract from September 2024 to the end of June 2026. Training is entirely free of charge.

Holders of this BTS will be able to practise their profession within organisations such as:

- estate agencies,

- property administration firms (co-ownership trustees, rental management...),

- HLM organisations,

- notary offices,

- promotion-construction companies,

- companies or local authorities that manage their property assets.
