BTS MOS - Operational Security Management

Holders of the BTS in Operational Security Management carry out their duties in the field of security and safety. They carry out their activities either in a security/safety company or in the internal security department of an organisation (company, public and private administration, association.

The main objectives of the course are to equip the professional with the skills needed to organise safety and security activities in order to:

• manage teams
• participate in the administrative and legal management of personnel
• manage customer relations in conjunction with his/her hierarchy
• liaise with the various institutional players and participate in security bodies

Four areas of activity structure the training:

• Preparation and implementation of a safety service
• Management of human resources
• Management of customer relations
• Participation in global safety

The main training modules covered by the assessment are

1. General culture and expression

2. Modern foreign language

3. Economic, legal and managerial culture

4. Preparation and implementation of a safety service

5. Management of human resources and customer relations

6. Participation in global security

Interviews, remediation with the educational referent and/or company referent during training.

National Education certified teachers, Bac +3 trainers with significant experience in adult training, professional speakers.

Trainers approved by the prefecture.

Apprenticeship training: Training is available within a minimum of 48 hours, subject to validation of your application and the position in the company (diploma compliance), until the end of the 1st month in which the action begins.
