from 29 Sep 2025 to 27 Aug 2027

The BTS MGTMN provides training in the execution, processing and verification of observations relating to the planimetric and altimetric position, shape, dimensions and identification of tangible, fixed and permanent features existing on the ground at a given moment. It forms the basis for numerous human activities and enables, in particular, the precise definition of rights attached to land ownership.

The MGTMN senior technician uses various pieces of equipment for measurement, positioning, data capture and site marking. They process the data collected using appropriate computing, CAD and CAM tools. Their constant commitment to producing high-quality work requires rigorous quality control in accordance with safety regulations. They utilise technical and legal documents whilst preparing and organising the information gathered.

Their activities include:

SURVEYING: studying the environment: surveying ground elevation levels and characteristics using precision optical and electronic measurements (electronic total stations, GPS); studying land-use development projects: land consolidation, irrigation, drainage; analysing town planning documents

PRODUCTION: recording studies in freehand sketches and formatting them for publication as graphics (plans, CAD-generated maps, topographical surveys).
set out projects on site, verify their implementation, and monitor and inspect engineering structures.

EXPERTISE: assist the expert in formulating opinions on land or planning issues, taking into account economic and regulatory aspects; prepare land ownership files, property valuations and estimates; carry out property management and brokerage services.
