The Advanced Technician in Construction Economic Management is a professional involved in all stages of a construction operation: from the expression of the need to build expressed by the customer to the handover of the keys to the building on acceptance.

The aims of the course are:

to provide expertise in project-related prescriptions and economics,
to ensure that the ambitions of the works programme are in line with the projected and imposed budget,
to be able to advise on the technical choices that will enable all current regulations to be complied with,
to be able to analyse quotes from companies and advise the project owner on the choice of companies
to carry out financial monitoring of the works

The BTS in Construction Economics Management is open to all holders of a baccalaureate: vocational baccalaureate in the field (mainly building design technician) and STI2D (architecture and construction option in particular), general baccalaureate, etc. Other profiles please contact us for tests and/or interview.
