- complex diagnosis of mechanical systems, powertrains and electronically managed, multiplexed systems and powertrain components on electric and hybrid vehicles;
- customer reception and follow-up;
- organisation of the after-sales workshop;
- marketing of services and products.
with ongoing consideration of the following imperatives:
- occupational health/safety imperative: this involves safeguarding people's health and ensuring the prevention of occupational hazards;
- environmental imperative: this involves applying current environmental standards;
- quality imperative: this involves contributing to the constant improvement of customer satisfaction by applying internal company procedures.

The holder of this diploma can then work in dealerships that sell new or used vehicles, motorbike garages and fast repairer-accessorists.
