The BTS Vehicle Maintenance Option C provides access to jobs in motorbike after-sales.

The holder of this diploma is able to:

Perform a diagnosis, complex maintenance and repair operations independently, in the workshop, and possibly in liaison with the customer, the technical platform and service providers, the spare parts department.
Organising the maintenance and repair workshop
Managing customer relations in the reception area, on the telephone and in the vehicle return area.
Complying with both technical and environmental regulations.
Providing a high-quality after-sales service.

Vocational teaching:

BC01 - Analysing systems and monitoring performance

Describing how a system works;
Identifying the input/output quantities of a system;
Characterising the performance of a system.

BC02 - Management of an intervention: Customer relations

Propose economically suitable solutions;
Apply suitable preventive measures;
Accompany employees technically;
Apply customer service relations (including in English).

BC03 - Intervention on vehicle

Propose economically suitable solutions;
Apply suitable preventive measures;
Accompany employees technically;
Apply customer service relations (including English)*.
Validate the malfunction;
Emerge hypotheses linked to the symptoms;
Determine the faulty elements;
Organise the intervention;
Reconform, adjust, parameterise;
Validate the quality of the intervention.

BC04 - Knowledge of the company

Manage the equipment required for interventions;
Plan and manage interventions;
Exchange with internal and external professionals.

BC05 - Measurement and analysis

Perform measurements, tests;
Collect technical data;

Maximum total duration of 3,650 hours, including 2,300 hours in a company and 1,350 hours at the training centre.
