BTS Vehicle Maintenance - Option A Passenger cars

Depending on the size of the company, the holder of the advanced technician's certificate

in vehicle maintenance carries out all or part of his or her activities in a

maintenance workshop, or an assistance platform.

The aims of the course are to:

• Perform a complex diagnosis
• Perform complex maintenance and repair operations
• Organise maintenance and repair activities
• Manage customer relations

Vocational teaching modules:

• System analysis and performance monitoring
• Management of an intervention:

- customer relations

- work on a vehicle

• Company knowledge
• Measurement and analysis

General teaching modules : General culture and expression; Mathematics; Physics and chemistry; English

• Diploma from the Ministry of National Education and Youth Level 5 (BTS)
