Acquire the necessary qualification to develop the following skills:
advise on household budget management
advise on the purchase and use of products, materials and equipment
carry out technical studies of housing
-instruct and put together housing or housing rehabilitation files
-monitor rental property
-proceed with the technical organisation of daily life in a service, in an establishment (health promotion, managing meal distribution, managing premises maintenance, space planning)
-participating in the quality approach
-designing, organising and implementing individual and collective actions with an educational aim
-leading and monitoring teamwork.

Jobs can be found in a variety of public and private structures, including: guardianship associations, consumer associations, family associations; local authorities.

The course covers 5 training modules:

• Technological consultancy and expertise: food-health-hygiene; applied physical and chemical sciences; housing-housing; economics-consumption; investigation methodology
• Animation Training: intervention in everyday life and its evolution; animation and training techniques; knowledge of the public; project methodology
• Professional communication: written and oral communication; visual communication design; modern foreign language
• Partnership, institutional and inter-institutional work: knowledge of policies, schemes and institutions, analysis of how organisations work
• Management of daily life in a service or establishment: quality approach; human resources management techniques; layout of living spaces, space design, product design, meal, linen and waste circuits; budget management.
