As part of a sales team, advise on and sell technological solutions. :

- prospect to develop their business portfolio in a territory or sector of activity.

- identify and analyse their customer's needs to help them formulate their expectations.

- develop, present and negotiate a technical, commercial and financial solution tailored to each situation, incorporating technological, legal and standards developments that respect societal and environmental concerns.

- develop a relationship with their customers based on a sustainable, personalised and value-creating sales approach.

- act as an interface between the company, its customers and suppliers.

- work as part of a team in a cross-channel context, keep a technological watch there to interest their customers and team.

- monitor and evaluate individual and collective sales performance.


The training is organised into several skill modules, enabling step-by-step progression. It alternates between theoretical input, practical exercises and assessment sessions to promote hands-on, progressive learning.

Design and marketing of technical and commercial solutions

Applying technical and commercial expertise 

  • Monitoring commercial, technological and regulatory developments.
  • Disseminating innovations and market developments.
  • Supporting customers with technical solutions.

General education

  • General knowledge and communication: analysing documents, presenting arguments and communicating effectively in both written and spoken form.
  • English: to communicate in professional and technical contexts, both in writing and orally.
  • Economic, legal and managerial knowledge: to analyse business situations and propose appropriate solutions.

Throughout the programme, learners receive personalised support with regular monitoring by the teaching team and progress reviews to tailor the learning experience to each individual’s needs. A work placement also enables students to develop professional skills in a real-world setting. Skills are assessed progressively through role-plays, practical exercises, professional assignments and assessments carried out throughout the course. Our teaching methodology prioritises a practical, industry-focused approach: case studies, role-plays, practical scenarios and collaborative activities enable learning in conditions that closely resemble the real-world workplace.

Maximum total duration of 3,550 hours, including 2,200 hours on the job and 1,350 hours at the training centre.

Titularity of a diploma or certification registered with the RNCP at level 4 for a course under apprentice status.

Taste and habit of communication with technological content, taste for organisation and teamwork.

Good ability to structure and carry a reasoned discourse in writing and orally.

Assessments are organised throughout the course and at the end of the programme, in accordance with the qualification framework. Assessment tests may take the form of in-course assessments (CCF) and/or final examinations.

Support with exam preparation is provided throughout the course to help candidates succeed.

This qualification is awarded following validation by the academic examination board.

If a candidate fails the qualification, they retain credit for the modules they have passed and may retake the remaining examinations at a later date. The modules passed remain valid for 5 years
