Upon completion of the training, these professionals will be able to advise on and sell technological solutions as part of a sales team:

- to prospect for new business to expand their portfolio within a specific region or sector .

- to identify and analyse their client’s needs to help them articulate their expectations.

- devise, present and negotiate a technical, commercial and financial solution tailored to each situation, taking into account technological, legal and regulatory developments whilst respecting societal and environmental concerns.

- develop a relationship with their clients based on a sustainable, personalised and value-creating commercial approach.

- act as the liaison between the company, its clients and its suppliers.

- work as part of a team in a cross-channel environment, monitor technological developments and share these with clients and the team.

- monitor and evaluate individual and collective commercial performance.


The training is organised into several skill modules, enabling step-by-step progression. It alternates between theoretical input, practical exercises and assessment sessions to promote practical and progressive learning.

Designing and negotiating technical and commercial solutions

Managing technical and commercial operations

  • Leading a team and a sales outlet.
  • Developing commercial partnerships.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance.

Develop the customer base and customer relationships

  • Prospect for new customers and build customer loyalty.
  • Promote the commercial offering.
  • Take part in communication initiatives.

Apply technical and commercial expertise

  • Monitor commercial, technological and regulatory developments.
  • Disseminate innovations and market developments.
  • Support customers with technical solutions.

General education

  • General knowledge and communication: analysing documents, presenting arguments and communicating effectively in both written and spoken forms.
  • English: to communicate in professional and technical contexts, both in writing and orally.
  • Economic, Legal and Managerial Studies: to analyse business situations and propose appropriate solutions.

Throughout the programme, learners receive personalised support with regular monitoring by the teaching team and progress reviews to tailor the learning experience to each individual’s needs. A work placement also enables students to develop their professional skills in a real-world setting. Skills are assessed progressively through role-plays, practical exercises, professional assignments and assessments carried out throughout the course. Our teaching methodology emphasises a practical, industry-focused approach: case studies, role-plays, real-life scenarios and collaborative activities enable learning in conditions that closely mirror the professional workplace.

Titularity of a diploma or certification registered with the RNCP at level 4 for a course under apprentice status.

Taste and habit of communication with technological content, taste for organisation and teamwork.

Education Nationale certified teachers, Bac +3 trainers with significant experience in adult education, professional lecturers.


Assessments are organised throughout the course and at the end of the programme, in accordance with the qualification framework. Assessment tests may take the form of in-course assessments (CCF) and/or final examinations.

Support with exam preparation is provided throughout the course to help candidates succeed.

This qualification is awarded following validation by the academic examination board.

If a candidate fails the qualification, they retain credit for the modules they have passed and may retake the remaining examinations at a later date. The modules passed remain valid for 5 years
