At the end of the course, the learner will be able to:
- Create forms and content for internal or external communication, within the framework of the strategy set by the organisation's management. - Produce and market communication solutions to meet the expectations of a variety of audiences in a digitalised environment - Monitor communication projects, manage relations with advertisers and service providers and set up a permanent watch system. - Coordinating, planning, budgeting and controlling the various communication tasks. - Adapting to a context of frequent change, due in particular to the impact of new technologies.
He/she will have acquired: - the professional knowledge and behaviour required to practise the profession with respect for the expected quality and ethical standards. - and the cross-disciplinary skills required to evolve in a heterogeneous and complex environment in terms of business sectors, professions, advertisers and digital change.

BC04 - Cultures of communication
Account succinctly for the different positions present in a set of mainly text-based documents on a social issue
Mobilise examples of communication operations or campaigns illustrating the positions present in the set of documents, drawing on the knowledge acquired and the reflections carried out in the course. analysing a communication campaign or operation in relation to the social issue addressed, using the methods it employs
Designing and writing a message for a given communication situation
Mobilising the cultural references which may underlie it
.justify the coherence of the message produced with regard to the given communication situation
BC05 - Economic, legal and managerial culture, legal and managerial culture
Analysing situations facing the company
Exploiting an economic, legal and managerial documentary base

The holder of the BTS Communication will be able to:
work in different types of organisation:
- advertisers (organisations behind a communication operation): industrial, commercial and service companies, administrations, local authorities, associations... - advertising agencies and media; - communication agencies (generalist or specialist) and media agencies.
Access to the following professions:
- generalist communicator (mainly with advertisers), which can be found under the following names: "communications officer"/"communications assistant"
- communicator with a digital focus (with advertisers and in communications agencies), which can be found under various names: "digital communications officer", "webmaster", "web marketer", "community manager", "web project manager", "web animation officer", "traffic manager", "social media manager"
- communicating with a commercial focus (in a communications agency or advertising network), which is practised under the following names: "advertising space salesperson", "account manager", "digital product communications manager", "website referencing manager"
