BTS Aeronautics

• The holder of the Advanced Aeronautical Technician's Certificate is a specialist who, in aircraft assembly and maintenance sites, participates in engineering to prepare operators' activities, intervenes in production to control, adapt and fine-tune on-board systems and equipment and ensures technical relations between the manufacturer or maintenance company and customers.
  
  

• The job involves:
  - taking part in all stages of engineering (organisation, design, verification),
  - carrying out inspections, tests, diagnostics and fine-tuning on aircraft during assembly, including ramp assembly, and/or base or line maintenance,
  - providing independent technical support to customers.
  
  

• Alone or as part of a team, you may be required to work on an aircraft wherever it is, particularly in a foreign country, and consequently have to adapt to local constraints and regulations. In order to carry out their job, senior aeronautical technicians must be good communicators, team players, able to manage priorities and demonstrate autonomy, responsiveness and initiative.
  
  

• An excellent command of the English language is required: frequent contact with customers, often English-speaking, work sometimes carried out in foreign countries, documentation generally written in English
