Acquire the professional skills essential for working as a youth worker in the socio-educational or socio-cultural field in an association, a MJC, a neighbourhood centre, a sports club, a company or a local authority. The professional activity leader holding this diploma will be able to:

- supervise all types of public in a leisure activity

- design and run activity projects with an educational and cultural aim through the discovery of scientific and technical, cultural and expressive, physical activities, etc.

- participate in the running and supervision of the employing structure(s) and in the design of activity projects

- Positioning - Regulation

- Communication activities

- Knowledge of the public

- Project methodology

- Pedagogy and leadership techniques

- Running a CVL or CLSH

- Networking in rural areas

Have a diploma in the field of entertainment or a level IV diploma or higher and provide proof of professional and/or voluntary experience in entertainment.

Have a first aid certificate.
