BC01 - Beauty and well-being services for face and body

- Adapt and implement protocols for specific beauty care techniques for the face
- Adapt and implement protocols for beauty care techniques for the body
- Adapt and implement protocols for make-up techniques for the face and nails
- Implement adapted protocols for beautifying eyelashes
- Adapt and implement protocols for specific care of nails, hands, feet and nail prosthetics
- Conduct a UV service

BC02 - Customer relations : Enhancing and running the business

- Welcoming and looking after customers
- Advising, selling beauty services, cosmetic products and building customer loyalty
- Running a sales outlet, promotional days
- Evaluating customer satisfaction

BC03 - Running and managing the business

- Organising and planning the business's activity
- Managing staff: recruiting, training, leading and assessing

BC04 - Expression and knowledge of the world

- Produce and analyse speeches of a varied nature
- Produce and analyse media using different languages
- Mobilise the culture acquired during training to produce and analyse speeches and media
- Construct a personal reflection based on proposed documents, on coursework, reading and personal and professional experience

BC05 - Modern language
