At the end of their training the participants :
Module 1 - Successful vocational integration into the industrial sector (180 h) :
Knowledge and skills preparatory to qualification (99 hours) - Discovery and acquisition of a technological culture, or even basic technical and professional knowledge relating to the trade or professional branch envisaged. Acquire an initial level of theoretical knowledge in multi-technology specialities
Preparation for SST accreditation - SST first aid at work - 21 hours
Training for B0 H0 electrical accreditation
Understanding communication techniques (18 hours) : Verbal and non-verbal techniques, helping others, listening and reformulation, preparing for a professional oral exam, conflict management.
Computer basics (21 hours) - internet browsing, useful online services for job or training searches, digital identity.
Professional posture and commitment (21 hours) Work on self-image, relationship with work, learning, working in a team or in
autonomy, integrating sustainable development into daily practice, work on mobility.
Module 2 - Discovering the professional sector, the sectors of activity, the targeted trades and their specific conditions(50 h)
The professional sector, the trades and their developments, the territory, the leading trades in the sector, the jobs available, the types of training leading to them and the conditions of access
Module 3 - Validating the career project and action plan (50 hours)
Investigating career paths, finding out about and checking the pre-requisites needed to enrol in training leading to a qualification l, finding out about training by immersions in training leading to a qualification: testing a career project, finding out about the professional sector and the intended career through short immersions in companies, taking part in job dating, preparing to respond to job offers
Have a desire to discover activities related to the industrial sector. Accept the terms and conditions linked to the project and the training constraints. Have a good command of basic French skills. Be registered with Pôle emploi or the local mission, be over 16 years of age, with priority given to those with no qualifications, be the holder of a prescription from the network of prescribers recognised by the SUD Region.
