On completion of training for the title, the Training Projects and Engineering Manager will be able to design, carry out and/or manage training initiatives, meeting all types of expressed or emerging needs.

Have level 5 certification;
Prove at least two years' professional supervisory experience, equivalent to level 5;
Prove at least five years' professional experience in team management.
Candidates who do not hold level 5 certification or have experience in the training professions may also be admitted, after examination of their application, if they have mastered a professional field enabling them to reinvest it in the job of Training Projects and Engineering Manager.
