Have level 5 certification;
Prove at least two years' professional supervisory experience, equivalent to level 5;
Prove at least five years' professional experience in team management.
Candidates who do not hold level 5 certification or have experience in the training professions may also be admitted, after examination of their application, if they have mastered a professional field enabling them to reinvest it in the job of Training Projects and Engineering Manager.

Assessment prior to the start of the course (tests and interview). Those who have already completed BLOCK 1 of RNCP certifications 36210, 36215 and 38118 will be exempt from Block 1. Depending on your experience, a personalised learning pathway will be put in place.
Interviews and remedial support with the educational advisor and/or the business liaison officer during the course.
Feedback on participants’ satisfaction will be gathered during and at the end of the course.
