Upon completion of this qualification, the Training Projects and Engineering Manager will be able to design, deliver and/or oversee training initiatives that meet all types of expressed or emerging needs.

By completing this module, the trainee will be able to:

  • Define a structured teaching strategy and develop an appropriate learning pathway
  • Design inclusive assessment methods that promote learning for all
  • Create suitable, multimodal teaching resources
  • Deliver training sessions both face-to-face and remotely
  • Assess learners’ achievements (knowledge, skills and attitudes)
  • Support and personalise learning to promote success for everyone

    Total maximum duration of 211 hours, including 49 hours in a company and 162 hours at the training centre.
    The duration of the course is indicative and will be determined according to your profile.

    Have level 5 certification;

    Prove at least two years' professional supervisory experience, equivalent to level 5;

    Prove at least five years' professional experience in team management.

    Candidates who do not hold level 5 certification or have experience in the training professions may also be admitted, after examination of their application, if they have mastered a professional field enabling them to reinvest it in the job of Training Projects and Engineering Manager.

    Mastery of office automation, oral and written expression.

    Assessment prior to the start of the training programme. Those who have already completed BLOCK 1 of RNCP certifications 36210, 36215 and 38118 will be exempt from Block 1. Depending on your experience, a personalised learning pathway will be put in place.

    Interviews and remedial support with the educational advisor and/or the business liaison officer during the course.

    Feedback on participants’ satisfaction is gathered during and at the end of the course.

    Post-course support is available.

    For participants with disabilities: training and certification arrangements may be adapted, with support provided by the disability support officer.

    The RPIF qualification has been in existence for over 15 years at national level; more than 200 participants have successfully completed the qualification and are now working within organisations, training departments or as training consultants.

    Introduced in January 2022 in the Bouches-du-Rhône region, here are the figures calculated at the end of 2025 for the third intake (22 learners, including 8 apprentices, 4 on the ‘Transition Pro’ scheme, 3 on the CPF scheme, 2 from France Travail, 5 from within the FORPRO network):
