Have level 5 certification;
Prove at least two years' professional supervisory experience, equivalent to level 5;
Prove at least five years' professional experience in team management.
Candidates who do not hold level 5 certification or have experience in the training professions may also be admitted, after examination of their application, if they have mastered a professional field enabling them to reinvest it in the job of Training Projects and Engineering Manager.

Assessment prior to starting the course (tests and interview). Holders of Block 1 of the RNCP 36215, 38118 and 36620 will be exempt from Block 1; the programme will be tailored to the individual’s expertise.

Feedback on participants’ satisfaction is gathered during and at the end of the training programme.
