At the end of the training for the title, the Training Projects and Engineering Manager will be able to design, carry out and/or manage training initiatives, meeting all types of expressed or emerging needs.

By following this Block the trainee will be able to:

  • Design and structure a training scheme integrating pedagogical, organisational and inclusive dimensions
  • Adapt training and funding arrangements to individualise pathways and diversify audiences
  • Implement an assessment and steering system with a view to continuous improvement
  • Recruit and select learners via a multi-channel strategy
  • Perform candidate positioning and cobuilding individualised pathways
  • Organising induction and the training framework both face-to-face and distance learning
  • Providing individualised monitoring of pathways both at the centre and in companies
  • Analysing results and monitoring the quality of the system
  • Managing the administrative, regulatory and financial aspects of the training activity

    Maximum total duration of 239 hours, including 56 hours on the job and 183 hours at the training centre.
    The duration of the course is indicative and will be determined according to your profile.

    Have level 5 certification;

    Prove at least two years' professional supervisory experience, equivalent to level 5;

    Prove at least five years' professional experience in team management.

    Candidates who do not hold level 5 certification or have experience in the training professions may also be admitted, after examination of their application, if they have mastered a professional field enabling them to reinvest it in the job of Training Projects and Engineering Manager.

    Assessment prior to starting the course (tests and interview). Holders of Block 1 of the RNCP 36215, 38118 and 36620 will be exempt from Block 1; the programme will be tailored to the individual’s expertise.

    Interviews and remedial support with the educational advisor and/or the industry liaison officer during the course.

    Feedback on participants’ satisfaction is gathered during and at the end of the training programme.

     Equivalences, pathways and exemptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis during the placement assessment, depending on individual profiles. Holders of Block 1 of RNCP certifications 36215, 38118 and 36210 are exempt from certain requirements

    In the event of partial validation of the certification, the validity period of the modules obtained is permanent for as long as the qualification exists.

    The RPIF qualification has been in existence for over 15 years at national level; more than 200 participants have successfully completed the qualification and are now working within organisations, training departments or as training consultants.

    Introduced in January 2022 in the Bouches-du-Rhône region, here are the figures calculated at the end of 2025 for the third intake (22 learners, including 8 apprentices, 4 on the ‘Transition Pro’ scheme, 3 on the CPF scheme, 2 France Travail, 5 from within the FORPRO network):
