Have level 5 certification;
Prove at least two years' professional supervisory experience, equivalent to level 5;
Prove at least five years' professional experience in team management.
Candidates who do not hold level 5 certification or have experience in the training professions may also be admitted, after examination of their application, if they have mastered a professional field enabling them to reinvest it in the job of Training Projects and Engineering Manager.

Assessment prior to commencing the course (test and interview). Those who have already completed Block 1 of RNCP certifications 36215, 38118 and 36210 will be exempt from Block 1. The programme will be tailored to individual expertise.

The RPIF qualification has been in existence for over 15 years at national level; more than 200 participants have successfully completed the qualification and are now working within organisations, training departments or as training consultants.
