At the end of the training for the title, the Training Projects and Engineering Manager will be able to design, carry out and/or manage training initiatives, meeting all types of expressed or emerging needs.

Have level 5 certification;

Prove at least two years' professional supervisory experience, equivalent to level 5;

Prove at least five years' professional experience in team management.

Candidates who do not hold level 5 certification or have experience in the training professions may also be admitted, after examination of their application, if they have mastered a professional field enabling them to reinvest it in the job of Training Projects and Engineering Manager.

Assessment prior to commencing the course (test and interview).  Those who have already completed Block 1 of RNCP certifications 36215, 38118 and 36210 will be exempt from Block 1. The programme will be tailored to individual expertise.

Interviews and remedial support with the educational advisor and/or the company liaison officer during the training course.

Feedback on participants’ satisfaction will be gathered during and at the end of the training course.

Post-training support is available.

The RPIF qualification has been in existence for over 15 years at national level; more than 200 participants have successfully completed the qualification and are now working within organisations, training departments or as training consultants.

Introduced in January 2022 in the Bouches-du-Rhône department, here are the figures calculated at the end of 2025 for the third intake (22 learners, including 8 apprentices, 4 on the ‘Transition Pro’ scheme, 3 on the CPF scheme, 2 through France Travail, 5 from within the FORPRO network):
