Block 2: Managing a multimodal training system as part of a quality approach (RPIF Projects and Training Engineering Manager qualification)

At the end of the training for the title, the Training Projects and Engineering Manager will be able to design, carry out and/or manage training initiatives, meeting all types of expressed or emerging needs.

By following this Block the trainee will be able to:

Have level 5 certification;

Prove at least two years' professional supervisory experience, equivalent to level 5;

Prove at least five years' professional experience in team management.

Candidates who do not hold level 5 certification or have experience in the training professions may also be admitted, after examination of their application, if they have mastered a professional field enabling them to reinvest it in the job of Training Projects and Engineering Manager.

The RPIF qualification has been in existence for more than 15 years at national level, with more than 200 participants having validated their qualification and working in organisations, training departments or as consultant trainers.

In place since January 2022 in Bouches-du-Rhône, here are the rates calculated at the end of 2025 for the third session (22 learners including 8 apprentices, 4 transition pro, 3 CPF, 2 France travail, 5 internal to the FORPRO network ) :
