By following this Block, the trainee will be able to:
Modular training: 4 blocks, 11 activities, 28 skills
Block 1: Designing a customised, multimodal training programme incorporating skills development consultancy

Have level 5 certification;
Prove at least two years' professional supervisory experience, equivalent to level 5;
Prove at least five years' professional experience in team management.
Candidates who do not hold level 5 certification or have experience in the training professions may also be admitted, after examination of their application, if they have mastered a professional field that enables them to reinvest it in the job of Training Projects and Engineering Manager.

Equivalences, pathways and exemptions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis according to individual profiles during the placement assessment - Holders of BLOCK 1 of RNCP certifications 36215, 36210 and 38118 will be exempt from this block.
In the event of partial validation of the qualification, the validity period of the modules obtained is permanent for as long as the qualification exists.
