At the end of their training for the title, the Training Projects and Engineering Manager will have the ability to design, carry out and/or manage training initiatives, thus responding to all types of expressed or emerging needs.
By following this Block, the trainee will be able to:
Modular training: 4 blocks, 11 activities, 28 skills
Block 1: Designing a customised, multimodal training programme incorporating skills development consultancy

Have level 5 certification;
Prove at least two years' professional supervisory experience, equivalent to level 5;
Prove at least five years' professional experience in team management.
Candidates who do not hold level 5 certification or have experience in the training professions may also be admitted, after examination of their application, if they have mastered a professional field that enables them to reinvest it in the job of Training Projects and Engineering Manager.
