You will be given a free, no-obligation preliminary interview by the consultant who will be with you throughout the service, to introduce you to the framework of the assessment.
The assessment lasts 24 hours and takes place in 3 phases:
- Preliminary phase: expression of expectations and identification of needs, formalisation of work objectives;
- Investigation phase: analysis of professional achievements and personal characteristics, study of the job market, identification of avenues for professional development and their feasibility;
- Conclusion: formalisation of an action plan and a timetable for completion, co-writing of the summary document.
