This course will help to identify a training and/or reorientation project for young people (aged 16 to 29) who have begun to think about the next step in their career path but have not defined a precise idea:
Analyse and compare the different project ideas to make a choice:
Identify the motivational elements of each project idea,
Confront each idea with its profile and the reality of the training market (level of training, location, cost.Compare each idea with its own profile and with the reality of the training market (level of training, location, cost, etc.) and the job market (outlets, salary levels, working conditions, etc.): discussions with experts in the field will help to deepen knowledge of the profession,
Comparison of the supporting factors and obstacles for each idea in order to prioritise them,
Informed choice of a professional project consistent with its expectations and the socio-economic environment,
Identify the stages involved in implementing the project.
This course consists of individual appointments with a consultant-psychologist specialising in career guidance: an interview to analyse the application at the start, interviews to work on the project and a project feedback interview at the end of the support.
