Accessibility for people with disabilities is a major cause in France: "in establishments open to the public with a capacity of more than two hundred people, the employer must implement training in welcoming and supporting people with disabilities for professionals in contact with users and customers" (Ratification Act of 5 August 2015 on the obligation to train reception staff, article L. 4142-3-1).
At the end of the training, the person should be able to:
-Define disability, know and understand the specific features of the different types of disability ;
-Include their actions in a global approach, understand the ethics and regulations relating to disability;
- Adapt their reception and behaviour to the reception of people with disabilities depending on the type of disability;
