Dynamic and skilful, the barman embodies the soul and atmosphere of a bar. They prepare and serve drinks, from the most classic to the most sophisticated. They must be discreet and diplomatic, while remaining attentive to their customers. He/she must have a perfect knowledge of the products in order to prepare cocktails with dexterity, and even be able to suggest new cocktails.
Provisioning and setting up a bar:
