Professional training.
The aim of this course is to professionalise participants in the barman/barmaid and barista professions. It enables them to acquire the skills needed to prepare cocktails, developing an in-depth understanding of flavours, mixology techniques and managing interactions with customers, while complying with the regulations in force. Barista will know how to satisfy her and be able to introduce her to a few compositions or mixes. You will be responsible for maintaining the premises, managing supplies and monitoring sales and finances. He/she will also ensure compliance with regulations.
