The Barman welcomes customers and ensures a high-quality customer experience. They advise customers on drinks and help to create a lively atmosphere in the venue. They work independently to set up the bar, prepare and serve drinks, and implement measures to ensure health and safety within the venue. They contribute to the development and evolution of the drinks menu by creating new drinks tailored to the needs of the venue’s customers, as well as helping to create the venue’s atmosphere. They handle billing and take payment from customers. They are also responsible for taking orders, managing stock and ensuring restocking.
