Acquire the knowledge and skills needed to practise the profession of bartender in the different times specific to this profession:

- Supply and set up a bar.

- Work as part of a team to ensure the prevention of risky behaviour, the safety and health of customers and employees.

- Welcome and advise customers, host and create products and events

- Invoice, collect, analyse sales and manage stocks

.

Integration period:

- Welcome, presentation of training objectives, knowledge of the professional environment, awareness of sustainable development, adaptation of the course

Module 1 - Supplying and setting up a bar

- Receiving, checking and storing foodstuffs

- Carrying out inventories

- Setting up products and sales aids....

- Checking equipment daily

- Replenishing and restocking sideboards, buffets, consoles, refrigerated units, daily cellar

- Checking and putting up compulsory displays

Module 2 - Prevention, safety and health

- Detect risky behaviour and inform your superior or colleagues

- Intervene in the event of a personal incident or physical confrontation

- Intervene preventively to avoid dangerous situations

- Providing first aid

Module 3 - Reception and running a sales outlet

- Welcoming customers

- Creating the atmosphere of the establishment

- Intervening and leading a team

- Informing customers about tourist activities and the establishment

Module 4 - Service and sales

- Advising customers on the choice of drinks

- Promoting products to customers

- Invoicing and cashing up

- Analysing sales to adjust stocks

Module 5 - Cocktail production

- Creating new drinks to meet the expectations of various customer segments

- Developing and using technical data sheets

Total maximum duration of 455 hours, including 105 hours in a company and 350 hours at the training centre.
The duration of the course is indicative and will be determined according to your profile.
