Bachelor Industrial Robotics Technician - CQPM 308 Industrial Robotics Integration Manager

This course leads to dual certification: CQPM 308 (Certificat de Qualification Paritaire de la Métallurgie ) / Bachelor's degree Industrial Robotics Technician. Holders of these certifications can work in fields related to the design, analysis, optimisation and control of robotic systems, and do so in a context of internationalisation and professionalisation of the industry of the future.

The aims of the course will be to train high-potential technicians capable ofstudying the technical feasibility of solutions and developing simulations to validate the choice of robots, carrying out tests and fine-tuning in order to commission robotic systems or improve them, as well as providing the links that connect the machines to the IT system.

The programme is made up of 3 skill blocks:

• BC1: taking account of business issues in an international context
• BC2: project management and team management
• BC3: integration in industrial robotics

The training modules cover a broad spectrum of industrial robotics

• Industry of the future: integration of new technologies and challenges (robots/cobots, AGVs, supervision, augmented reality, 3D...)
• 3D modelling of the robotic cell in its environment
• Machine safety
• Automation: speed variation/numerical axes, etc.
• Industrial networks
• Feasibility study of robotic system
• Robot simulation and programming
• Commissioning
• Professional communication and team management

Have a technical Bac+2, industrial DUT or experience in the fields of industrial maintenance, electrical engineering, design, mechanics, automation. English A2 level required.

This training course is offered in partnership with UIMM Pôle Formation Sud (certifier of the CQPM 308). Participants will follow their training alternately on the technical platforms of GRETA CFA Provence (Martigues) and CFAI Provence (Istres) .
